Order Processing

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • You will receive an order confirmation email after your purchase and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We ship across India using trusted courier partners.
  • Standard delivery times:
    • Metro cities: 3–7 business days after dispatch
    • Other locations: 5–10 business days after dispatch
  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (weather, strikes, courier issues, etc.).

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • Free shipping may be offered as part of promotions, as mentioned on the website.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link on your registered email/phone.
  • You can also log in to your RoopReet account to check your order status.

Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Orders

  • Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details you provide are accurate.
  • If a package is returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or non-collection, reshipping charges will apply.

Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If you receive a damaged package, do not accept it without proper inspection.
  • Please make an unboxing video when opening the package. This video is required for any damage or missing product claims.

International Shipping

  • Currently, RoopReet ships only within India. International shipping options may be introduced in the future.
