1. Eligibility
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- You must provide an unboxing video at the time of delivery to support your claim. Without this video, return or exchange requests cannot be processed.
2. Timeframe
- Report any damaged or defective product within 5 days of delivery, along with the unboxing video, order number, and photos.
- Once approved, return shipment must be sent within 5-7 days of approval.
3. Condition of Item
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags intact, and accompanied by the original packaging.
- Failure to comply with these conditions will result in rejection of the return/exchange.
4. Process
- Contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp, providing your order number, reason for return, photos of the damage, and the unboxing video.
- If approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back. Please use trackable shipping—reverse pickup is not available, so return shipping cost is your responsibility.
- After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your replacement or refund.
5. Refund vs. Exchange
- Approved cases may be eligible for exchange or a refund, at your preference. Exchanges are subject to item availability.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of acceptance.
6. Non‑Eligible Cases
- Returns due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or dissatisfaction are not eligible.
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care are not covered.
- Custom-made, personalized, or sale items may be exempted unless otherwise communicated at purchase.
