Return and Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • You must provide an unboxing video at the time of delivery to support your claim. Without this video, return or exchange requests cannot be processed.

2. Timeframe

  • Report any damaged or defective product within 5 days of delivery, along with the unboxing video, order number, and photos.
  • Once approved, return shipment must be sent within 5-7 days of approval.

3. Condition of Item

  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags intact, and accompanied by the original packaging.
  • Failure to comply with these conditions will result in rejection of the return/exchange.

4. Process

  • Contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp, providing your order number, reason for return, photos of the damage, and the unboxing video.
  • If approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back. Please use trackable shipping—reverse pickup is not available, so return shipping cost is your responsibility.
  • After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your replacement or refund.

5. Refund vs. Exchange

  • Approved cases may be eligible for exchange or a refund, at your preference. Exchanges are subject to item availability.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of acceptance.

6. Non‑Eligible Cases

  • Returns due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or dissatisfaction are not eligible.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care are not covered.
  • Custom-made, personalized, or sale items may be exempted unless otherwise communicated at purchase.

7. Contact & Customer Support

  • For assistance, email us at support@roopreet.com or WhatsApp us at +91‑XXXXXXXXXX (Mon–Sat, 10 AM–6 PM IST).
